These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of services provided by The Introvert MT ("Provider"). By purchasing or accessing any course or other service offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Course includes materials protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Such materials include but are not limited to written text, videos, audio recordings, photos, designs and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorized use shall constitute infringement. Duplicating, sharing logins, reselling, or uploading Package and/or Course files to sharing sites is considered stealing and copyright infringement and may prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Introvert MT provides you with this Package and/or Course solely for your personal, noncommercial use and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

You will not use the Course in a manner that constitutes infringement or that has not been authorized by The Introvert MT. More specifically, you may view, download, print, email and use these materials for your personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, display, distribute, share logins, or otherwise use any material from the Course for commercial purposes. Additionally, you may not modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any manner or medium, including by email or other electronic means, any material from the Course.

Only course registrants have access to the course content.

All of the intellectual property of The Introvert MT are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of The Introvert MT.

Unauthorized use of any materials will result in legal action, including but not limited to the pursuit of damages, injunctions, and attorney fees.

ENROLLMENT

To enroll in a course or other service offering, you must register an account on the Website and provide accurate and complete information.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as described on the Website.

Payment must be made in full or in installments as described on the Website prior to accessing the Services.

You will immediately gain access to the Services upon paying the first installment. You will need to continue making payments on schedule to maintain access. After you have made your final payment installment, you will have access to the Services indefinitely.

It is not possible to cancel installment payments after signing up.

All fees are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases of The Introvert MT products, including online courses and digital products, are strictly non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full fee for the entire course, regardless of whether you complete it or not.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Purchase

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By purchasing any of our online courses or other service offerings, you fully acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to :

•  A change of mind after purchase

• Failure to complete the course

• Dissatisfaction with the course

• Inability to access due to personal circumstances

• Deciding not to view or participate in the course after purchase

• The course or other service offering not meeting your expectations or desired results

Additionally, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or levels of satisfaction from the course or other service offering.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the course details and any available materials prior to making your purchase.

Once access to the course has been granted, the sale is considered final, and no refunds or exceptions will be made.

CHARGEBACKS ARE PROHIBITED

Requesting a chargeback after gaining access to and/or consuming the course content is a direct violation of these terms.

By accessing the course, you fully agree to the strict no-refund policy outlined above.

According to relevant laws and regulations, chargeback fraud—where a consumer benefits from a service or product and later disputes the payment—is considered a form of theft or fraud.

Engaging in such fraudulent behavior on online platforms is a serious offense, punishable by law.

You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after receiving access to our digital products or services constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may submit evidence, such as access logs, to payment processors or legal authorities in response to any such claims.

Any attempt to reverse the payment after receiving access will be treated as fraudulent activity.

The client's actions in that case are violating both contract law and consumer fraud laws, as they agreed to the binding Terms & Conditions, which explicitly stated that the product is non-refundable.

In such cases, we will pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:

• Taking legal action to recover the full course fee, along with any legal costs, damages, or collection fees incurred

• Banning future access to our products and services

• Reporting the fraudulent activity to your bank or payment processor

 INDEMNITY CLAUSE :

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Introvert MT and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

ACCESS TO COURSE MATERIAL

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course. This access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold in any form.

Violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of access to the course, and no refund will be provided.

DIGITAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital content, where access is granted instantly, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. By accessing the content, you acknowledge that the sale is completed and final.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate technology, internet access, and compatible devices to access the services. The Introvert MT is not liable for any issues related to the client’s inability to access the course or digital products due to personal technical difficulties.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing and accessing the course, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these terms and conditions.

You are fully aware that the purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.

You agree that initiating a chargeback is a violation of these terms, and any such action will be contested to the fullest extent of the law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of all parties involved.

The Introvert MT agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.

To access certain features of the Course, you may need a username and/or password. You agree to keep this information confidential and not share it with anyone else. If the Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have shared your username and/or password with anyone else, or forwarded Course material to any other person, the Provider has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website and online Courses, in whole or part, without refund.

This Agreement is considered a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information learned by either party during discussions, Or otherwise, throughout the Term of the Course (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access to services and legal action, including claims for damages.

TERMINATION

The Introvert MT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if policies have been abused.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any unpaid fees shall become immediately due and payable.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.

You agree that any disputes arising under this agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America. By purchasing our services, you consent to the application of the law of the United States of America regardless of your country of residence.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Neither nor any Company Release warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, Products, information or materials in our Sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Introvert MT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

In no event shall the liability of The Introvert MT exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

Clients assume full responsibility for their actions and decisions based on the course materials or services provided. The Introvert MT disclaims all liability for any personal, business, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the services.

 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE :

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By enrolling in this course or any other service offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.
